If you Invest US$50,000.00 with a return of 25% would that be a good investment?

I would be very very leary of any investment promising returns this huge. Be careful.

It depends on the amount of time needed to achieve this return. 1 Year = Great. 20 Years = Not so great.

However there are other factors to consider. "Export POTENTIAL to the USA". You could also use 25%, or more.
