Because I keep wondering if its okay to work out such as doing crunches if Ihave my heavy menstrual period.

Definitely ! I know that, for me, exerciseing ( cardio & ab workouts) actually makes me feel better & reduces my cramps & water weight gain during mine.

Yes! you can that actually help reduce all the heavy blood flow. Women on thier periods should do a lot of excercise.

Absolutely! Some studies have shown that exercising can reduce cramps. You may want to avoid high-impact exercing (running or bouncy aerobics), but walking or biking or yoga are great!

yes and this is the best time to do it! helps with cramps and you'll feel better afterwards.
