i add numbers start at 2+2=4 then 4+4=8 8+8 get the idea. i got up to about 4 thou and was asleep

One thing that I do and it sometimes helps is get out of bed, read or sit in front of the computer in my night clothes, basically underwear, not put anything else on. You get cold and uncomfortable and by the time you go back to bed it's so nice and cozy you fall asleep.
Of course, if you have an insomnia problem, that won't really help.

Read a book or magazine.Turn off the computer,radio,Tv and all forms of stimulation.Get in between your sheets.

watch tv and when i get on the computer it will make my eyes tired and if all else fails a tylenol PM
