Laugh usually come out of situation when jokes, mocking, are cracked. Giggle pertains to young teenage girls giggling which doesn't pertains to situation application

Well i don't exactly know but from my knowledge only girls giggle its just a shorter quieter laugh i suppose i dunno that's a good question, but i think girls giggle when there happy or laugh so yea that's my best guess
