well I am positive that he likes me because he is always staring at me and trying to make eye contact with me... the only thing is that i like him too. He is always trying to talk to me.

If you like him then unless you start to talk to him there is no other way for you to find out for certain. Humans are such visual creatures that we see someone who really catches our eye only to later find out that their personality does not in the least live up to the packaging. Talk to him. And don't feel embarrassed about it. If he likes you and has not approached you the chances are that he feels embarrassed, shy or uncertain or your response. If you don't take the occasional chance in life then you aren't bothering to live. The worst he can do is rebuff you and at the time it might seem like the end of the world. If he does, remind yourself that at least you had the guts to go and talk to him and go after what you wanted. People don't get anywhere in life just sitting back and hoping things will fall in their lap. All that will usually happen is that life will pass you by.

well i suggest you better talk to him back whenever he tries to talk to you... and perhaps if he will ask you out then.. he likes you :)
