Hell yes! IFFFFF.... if the return is GUARANTEED in WRITING. I would be highly skeptical of any such investment. Sounds like a scheme. Check the investment out CAREFULLY. Ask your CPA for advice is always a good course.

A 5% return is considered good, so yes, 25% would be very good. But like they've already said, be weary if someone is promising you those kinds of returns.

If there was an easy way to make a 25% profit, everyone would be doing it and nobody would be willing to just share this information.

If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. That rate of return sounds more like a gamble than an investment.
