I get motion sick on several first person games too, but not all of them. It took me a while to figure out why some and not others. For example, Half-Life 2 made me sick, but not Halo. Also, it was only certain console games that did it and not PC games using a mouse. (This was upsetting because I love FPS games.)
I discovered that it had to do with how fast you can turn. I found that if the controls turned the camera faster than I anticipated, it was momentarily disorienting. It was this feeling that contributed to my motion sickness, especially after 10 minutes, as you say.
Some games allow you to adjust the control sensitivity. For many games, it's set fairly high. Try turning it down. You may have to experiment for a level that seems comfortable to you.
This did the trick for me. Good luck!

Some of them have incredibly fast graphics and your depth perception gets challenged in milli seconds. The object is to selectively ignore all visual background (bad visual training for reality) and focus only on your main enemies, which may come from different angles.
The answer is "no", unless there are new ones out there that do.

Maybe you're running a bad monitor, with a low refresh rate, those tend to make a person ill, I believe 60MHz is borderline refresh rate, you want faster.
Unless of course that only happens in your first person games, then its something else, the refresh rate applies to any 3D apps you play.

I myself like FPS too. Once i bought Doom 3, and that got me sick. Then came Battlefield 2, not affected one bit, (exept maybe being on it to long.) So i think it's the software. hope this answers your question.
