All you do there is be nice to them, it either turns them around or puts them on a guilt trip. The most important thing here is for you to believe in yourself.

Becuase you are human, and we all want to be liked.

The average person will spend 87360 hours in your lifetime at work. (someone who works 18yrs-60 40 hr work weeks) Do you love what you do enough to be with them? Your life is in your hands, you have the control to change were you work. If people are catty and mean, your time on this earth is too valuable to spend it unhappy and with people like that.

Another thing you might try to prevent this further hapenning if it is a trend, (probably better to begin at a new workplace) go to charisma factor dot com... (no, I am NOT affiliated with them due to my username) and find a cd called peopleality. It teaches you about the energy you project and how to become more of a people person and people magnet.

How old are you? I know that when I was in Middle School I had a lot of problems with feeling depressed when people were not nice to me. But then in high school I learned that these people that you know now, you wont remember half of them when you're out of high school. Adolescents from ages 12-15 can be cruel sometimes so just learn to think that what they say doesnt matter at all.

Because the work place is an extension of your home. You don't want to be rejected at home. And you hate to feel rejected at work too!! You are the same person at both places!! Your home is more important in the long run but your job is vital to sustaining your home. Hope you don't have to feel that way all the time because that's usually 40 hours of your week. Good Luck.

when I was younger, I wanted "everyone" to like me and if people did not, I would get bummed.
now I know that people will like me and some will dislike me...it is just people...it does not mean it is because of something I did wrong or right or because of who I am.
be good to yourself and realize that unless you are doing something to bring out this behavior in them...it is them that have a problem and they are just taking it out on you.
don't let it get you down...know who you are and that you are a good person and don't listen to put downs from people who are not nice.

be cool...

well its a little understandable, but depressed? no don't let anyone do that to you. life is tough enough. just do your work and be pleasant, something you are doing is annoying to them if its everyone. just ignore the situation, do your work, mind your own business and in time they will come around. but depressed? no way...rise above it
