What a waste of time and money for all involved regarding embalming her and having a viewing. I figured out from the begininng she had to be embalmed sooner then the 8 days it took and when the embalmers said you had better view her body now..how many of us all ready figured that out? Don't they have any common sense?

I do too, but all those people want their day in court. Since Anna purchaed two burial plots in the Bahamas and since thats where her son is buried, then they sould bury her there and get on with the paternity/child custody battle. Get that baby's future decided thats more important.

Yeah I know, the paternity test in my view could have been taken like a week ago and Dannielynn could be safe somewhere (hopefully for a long time). Trying to decide where her body should be buried is rediculous, she apparently mentioned that she wanted to be buried next to Daniel (yes she was intoxicated her whole life) but for godsakes, she was comptent enough to say she wanted to be buried next to her son. At least do that for her.

P.S. I swear this whole court business with the judge is just an act. I've heard the judge wants to be on tv. I think they should've got Judge Judy for the case:)

I think even the judge is a few fries short of a happy meal. He's the one actively participating in the hearing and actually asking questions, when normally he should sit back and listen to the two sides present their cases. So what should have taken a day at most is now in its 5th day. You'd think her mother would concede that if she bought 2 burial plots in the Bahamas and put her son in one of them, and she was as close as she was to her son, she must have wanted to be buried in the Bahamas. The poor woman went through enough when she was alive--let her rest now.

I am fascinated with the Judge. He makes Judge Ito of the O.J. Simpson trial look like a candidate for the Supreme Court. Where do they find these Judges?

I agree, and like to add that, IMHO, what's happening since Nicole died, the whole media-circus, the fighting over who the father of her baby is, the fighting over where she should be buried, is all very sad.
(too bad she hadn't written a testimony, then most of this bickering would not have been "necessary")

I'm with you just me.ll of it's crazy I'll be glad when it's all over with. It's kinds sad if you think about it because she is a human being 1st and I think all of this mess is so over rated.Ppl fighting over who her body is going to gt released to,oh for crying out loud just have a funeral and invite family and friends and be done with it.

Hmm...I've suspected from the beginning that anyone directly involved in this whole ordeal (and with ANS in general) lacks any common sense.

I don't understand why the paternity tests are taking forever... I mean, they take less than an hour on Maury..!!
