Unlocked Boost I875 w/ nextel sim. Outgoing text not working!?

I bought a Unlocked Boost I875. Im a customer with Nextel. Im using my nextel sim card for my Boost mobile phone, but i cant send any text, but i can recieve can anyone help me? I read that u have to change a code or something.
