Yes.

Why would you post a rhetorical question? Why am I answering a rhetorical question?

Great questions...
I used to think I had my life mapped out, but then- when you lease expect it, things happen that you never would have expected.
I used to work toward finishing college, getting a great job, having this amazing house, and then finding a great guy to settled down with and start a family. I had a time-line and everything...
Well, I guess my life wasn't meant to turn out that way. Instead, I met the great guy, and ended up accidentally getting pregnant. You'd think that would ruin my whole future, make me sad and upset... but actually, the first time I held my daughter in my arms, I realized what I was put on this earth to do. She's the master plan that I didn't plan, but life planned for me.
Now, when I look at my future, I see it in terms of whatever's meant to happen, will. I'll still work toward the things that mean a lot to me (like opening up my own Inn one day) and working towards all the new goals I have. But if something different happens, then I guess life wasn't meant to turn out the way I had expected.. Though I've realized that most of the time, that's for the better... ;-)
Great question!

Neither. I don't have a master plan, but I take things as they come. As the quote says, "The best laid plans of mice and men often go awry." When I think I've got a life plan, something always happens, so I've decided just to deal with life as it happens.

I don't think it's all mapped out, but I do think when you need a life lesson, nature (or god or whatever you believe in) has a way of giving it to you.

I have a master plan for my life. I believe I am in charge of my own destiny.

Oops this was a rhetorical question, so I shouldn't have answered it. Sorry
:)

No one really controls their life, and no one has it perfectly mapped out.

I believe that for every choice we make (i.e. looking both ways before crossing the road) causes a split and creates an alternate reality in which you made an opposite or different choice.

This means that there are probably billions of realities right next to ours in which current events could be totally different, for example, i could not be answering this message or Tony Blair is a woman.

sometimes evan when you plan for you life it could take a different course and a whole other way, life is so complicated, am at univ now not having a clue about what futur is holding for me, you do have thoughts like : maybe am not suppose to do this, maybe univ won't get me anywhere...but believe me you're the only one that can controle your life plans and the most important to do that before it's too late, it's your life, your plans and your future. so it's all about making the wright move at the wright time.

i think it's mapped out for me because of some of the things that have happened to me i would never in a million years have had them in a well thought out master plan

If my life has been mapped out for me then I'd like to shoot the cartographer! I don't have a master plan either. Can you offer a third option?

I believe that there is a plan for everyone but i also believe that somethings are caused by your own actions eg if you cheat expect the consequences, i believe we are both in control and out of control of our lifes plans
