It’s all in our approach, and your follow through. Don’t go for the gold for you… you take yours later, let her have #1… and #2, and #3, and #4. If you think more about her then you do yourself you are on the right path. But remember, men are like light bulbs, they turn on and off really quickly. Women are like a cloths iron, it takes time to heat her up to the right temperature, you can keep her at that temp for quite a while, and it takes a while for them to cool down.
