Actually...from what I understand, he isn't 'just now' going to court for those kids, he's been trying that since the divorce was announced. And remember...unlike us she's got money (although the way she's been lately, she's probably burning through it at a high rate) and can afford a nanny round the clock. And duh! I think he was in it for the money to begin with. Although his talent is about equal to her's (both can dance, neither can sing) so don't understand why he can't make some as well.

I think they are with Britney's nanny. Which is probably a good thing, as K-Fed already has two OTHER kids to worry about!

The kids are probably getting a Nanny mother and I guess KFed is not better than B. Spears.

Brit's mom probably has the kids...and yeah K-fed doesn't really care about his kids like he is putting on,he just wants more fame and money.

As much money as Britney has, she probably has a staff of 100s taking care of her children. With all the family & friends she has, I`m pretty sure they`re not alone.
