I've heard good things about TheGroceryGame.com. You might need to pay membership fees to use it. It helps you couple manufacture coupons with the in-store special days.

Also, you can try SearchAllDeals.com, it is free. It is a big time-saver for finding coupons and deals online. You can also see the hottest deals from the top 12 bargain sites all at once, updated every minute.

Here is the search result for "grocery coupons":

What you might also want to try is to do a search on the products that you want to purchase.

Hope this is useful... happy hunting!!

I use couponbug.com I think the most I had to do was register and answer a few questions when I did. I also get an email from them about once a month telling me there are more coupons available. You can also try going to the websites of the stores you shop at. The ones I go to offer their own coupons as well.

Good Luck

I get mine from the major newspaper in my area (Milwaukee Journal). There's also a paper in Chicago that has coupons. With the papers in my area you also get all the sale ads and employment ads which I use also, so the paper is worth it.
