Keep both. Even if you don't need the money, consider renting out the unused property. To me. Cheaply.

Sounds like they worth a lot of money. Life is short, sell them both, quit your job, move in with me and we can do some traveling.

I have a dorm at the University of Central Florida.
Why don't you walk to the train station and get run over.

Keep them both and consider hiring one out as a holiday home or guest house.

Wow...you are really into......you, aren't ya !!
I'm not sure which is more pathetic...bragging anonymously(what's the point?), or bragging to a bunch of people who don't know you ...or care ! Sorry ...that's just the way I see it.
