Well, at least Hillary and Kerry do NOTHING to chage it.

Those campuses had no ROTC under Carter and Clinton. And, they will refuse to let ROTC on campus even if Hillary is prez

Why would a F**KING liberal like Alias lie??? It's no suprise.

ROTC was kicked off of Harvard over 30 years ago. Why would "Alias" lie and say it happened under Bush???

Wow. Are Libs proud of these tactics?

Birds of a feather flock together. We cannot get rid of left wing liberal loonies.
Students who want to enroll in ROTC will have to go elsewhere and will be taking their tuition money with them.

Harvard is a private school. Whether or not the ROTC program is active on campus or not is under complete control of the schools administration. Don't go blaming any president for having or not having this program on any campus.

It is usually not offered because the student body is not interested in participating.

BTW. read the news article - 43 cadets going to MIT for ROTC training from Harvard is a good idea. The MIT facility is top notch.

Not ashamed in the least. I just think it was wrong that ROTC be kicked off the campuses. I don't think anyone laughed.

Carter and Clinton had nothing to do with it. Harvard Law School barred ROTC under George W. Bush.

You see, when you have a good point, just make the point and let it be. Don't embellish it by adding extraneous - nay, stupid - additional verbiage. It undermines your credibility.

[ADDED] As I told you on our private chat, ROTC was restored after it was originally kicked off Harvard's campus in 1969 (I'm just taking your word for that, affording you the respect you afford no one else). And RICHARD NIXON was President at that time.

So, your screed is shot to hell, of course.

pwned!

This happened because the military recruiters became way too agreesive in their recruiting techniques. If they had maintained a professional, respectful recruiting procedures, none of this would have happened. Had nothing to do with the Democrats. Had more to do with parents wanting to protect their children from undue influence.

Maybe you should try to get more kids ineterested in it....it could be they were dropped due to lack of interest. I know when I was in school, there were only 4 kids in the ROTC.
