Please help with the grammar. Something is wrong but I don't know what...?

Dear parents,
The instructors understand the continuous/extended holiday breaks of 9 days for the Chinese New Year may result in the loss of concentration for some students. The long break may cause their regulation life to shift towards desultory, but it is the instructor’s responsibility to make sure they get back on track. Please be advised to not overly stress the student outside of class. Thank you and happy new years.

The instructors.......(the rest) and at the end go like
.......student outside of class.

Happy New Years.

Oh yeah you capitalized New Year in the paragraph but not the end

Dear Parent/Guardian,

The instructors understand that students will be missing 9 school days due to the Chienese New Year. The students missing these days may experience a slight loss of concentration therefore it is recommended that the students are not overly stimulated during their break. However, it is the sole responsibilty of the instructor to ensure that all students get back on track. We do however, ask for your cooperation in helping the students with any additional homework that may be required to get them caught up.

I would suggest that you stop being a nasty little hitler and say something like this
Dear parents
Your poor suffering children have been released from concentration camp for 9 days. We have subjected them to the most horrible torture for the last year so let them do whatever they want to, go wherever they wish, eat and drink whatever they desire so that when you send them back to us they will be so devastated by the contrast that they will commit suicide and save us having to send them to heaven.
