My best advice to you would be to start working on your own self esteem. Once you are more confident in yourself, it will be much harder to be brought down or made to feel worthless. Listen to this song by Christina Aguilera, here are the lyrics, but its much better in sound: BEAUTIFUL

that happened many times to me,my mom has done that. What I do is just ignore it the best I can,when the azz does that all I can do is ignore it as well and save the tears for the shower when no one is around. I really don't have any advice on that one,I still struggle myself

I wouldn't be there long. I would be scraping them off my shoes and keep moving. I hate people who do that to others. Just plain mean.
