If a Person takes another Persons Life on Purpose.(Accidents do not Pertain to this Law) Murders Only! Then The Murder Forfits all his Constitutional Right. To me that sounds fair, why should the Murder have any rights he just took someones life who will never have their Rights

Not to defend murderers, but just to explain to you how the justice system works I will tell you why people have constitutuional rights. The person who's suspected to be the murderer may in fact not be. Have you ever been accused of something you hadn't done? people who have are very thankful that there is a sysytem which insures that the people who've accused him/her have to go through legal channels to prove that fact. If people woul;d lose their constitutional rights when in legal hot water, society would become consumed with anarchy. A civilized society has a system of procedure and protocol to ensure that adequate proof is provided before someone is judged.

If you reduce a human being to an animal without rights that is exactly what he will become.
As a former corrections officer I've seen the effects of isolation and "limited rights on individuals. This would make the lives of corrections officer far more dangerous than the job all ready is.

If you take away "ALL" rights I suppose their right to breathe is included. They and everyone else would be better off if an eye for an eye tooth for a tooth were imposed if they lose all other rights as human beings.

Sad isn't it..to know that a murderer has a right to have his victims body dug up and re examined at any time that murderer wishes to make an appeal to the courts....(In other words, the victims body is not seen to be owned by that victims family and can be desecrated by the murderer again and again at any time)....THAT, NEEDS CHANGING !!

no you learn about this in school.

you can't take someones natural rights away but you can take privileged rights away.

and if you were to kill someone, you'd know if it was worth it or not and you don't really care if you are dead or alive as long as that person is dead.

the law won't be successful.

The rights you speak of (the Bill of Rights) were called both natural and God-given rights by the 1st continental congress. They cannot be taken away by anyone.

Only privelages can be taken away.
