There isn't anything you can really do to force him out without taking legal action. If you change the locks and put all of his things outside he can just call a locksmith. If you are determined to get him out file for divorce or legal separation. Until then, he has just as much right to be there...altho why he'd want to stay when you don't want him there I have no idea.

Depends on the laws in your state and if he has legal right to stay or not...it may be that you cannot force him to leave and will have to sell the house or come to an agreement on which of you will keep it and if any money will need to be exchanged for that to happen.

You just asked a different question about him ignoring you after sex. Well, as long as you are still providing sex, he is definitely not going to leave! Since you are still having sex, it sounds like you still have some kind of feelings for him. So, stop trying to get him to leave and instead work on improving your relationship.

Just tell him you want him to leave and if this does not work then pack his bags for him and then maybe he will get the hint. You also may have to be the one to leave if he wont.

I'd call the police and tell them they better get him out of here. In the state I live in, the police will do it.

It can be very complicated I guess you would have to involve someone to help you, or if the reason is serious -ask authorities.
