i ask myself the same question every morning!! i know i should be asleep now, but don't want to give up awakefullness, but am so tired, and want to sleep, and will be really annoyed when i have to get up with not having had enough sleep!!

think it's something to do with not taking responsability for your own state!! guilty!

Are you trying to go to sleep?
What I do is just close my eyes and daydream or something like that, and after a long time when I open my eyes I find myself sleepy. So I close them again and before I know it I'm waking up!

You are still awake, because you are sitting upright playing on the computer....lay down,,,,,close your eyes, think about something pleasant,,,and go to sleep...I don't know if overtiredness is addictive, but it's harmful after awhile..

your mind is preoccupied. Turn on the TV and watch a good movie in bed.
