Unfortunately, you will be limited as to what you can do. I paid for a chrome bumper from a place called Jim's Big Store on the internet and he never sent me the bumper. He is located in Chicago and for about 4 years, he will not respond to e-mail, mail or phone calls. Because of the state lines, I have had to write it off. I hope your situation turns out better than mine.

Call them. Write to them. Email them. If you think you have been a victim of fraud, and if this person is in the US, contact the District Attorney where this person lives and file a complaint.
