He is a mercenary, thats why. He has volunteered to clean up Bhopal for the entry of the new company which has bought up Union Carbide. So he is paving the way fr it to come back to India even after what they did has gone largely unpunished and uncompensated. It proves he is a mercenary for money and has no empathy for the people of India. Such a person can never be the President of India.
