I don't see why not. As long as you aren't inserting it in your vagina there shouldn't be a problem. I'm sure that clitoral stimulation is fine because manual masturbation is fine. Intercourse is also fine but I would be concerned about using a vibrating dildo because you wouldn't want to run the risk of having it affect your cervix.
