The standard living in Dubai is pretty high thou it is a tax-free country. I am currently residing in Dubai due to work and have been here for almost 8months. The weather now from November to late March is the best with the temperature range from 23-14 degrees at its lowest. The hottest months, July to October with temperature from 35 to 45 degrees.
Generally the people here are mostly foreigners. This is Muslim religious country where u will see the local women cover themselves from head to toes except the eyes. If u have been used to living abroad, u will be able to adapt well.
Foods are generally imported from the neighbouring countries like Iran, Pakistan, India, and etc. There may not be plentiful supple of Asian foods though.
I am still trying my best to adapt to the lifestyles here. The customer service is not as efficient as in Singapore (where i came from). I had a few encounters from the shopping here and the retail staffs are not as friendly as u would expect.
I had a hard time adapting in the beginning but i was lucky to have my group of friends from mostly asian parts of the world. It requires lots of patience and optismism to be able to 'survive' here for good.

We moved to Dubai last year, in my opinion it is a great city to live in, and I'm very happy here.
But you do need a very good job offer, cause it is very expensive, housing and schools are too high.
Traffic jam is unbelievable, it takes hours sometimes to reach home, so, it is very important to live near to your work, otherwise it will be a disaster.

People here are very nice, Dubai is a multinational city, it is a free country, everything is available here.
Malls are great, beaches are nice, nightlife, restaurants..... are plenty.
I really do love it here.

just all around beautiful && friendly
dubai is more liberal of the 3
kuwait is more conservative...so...your choice. :]
