As I get older I realise that so called "modern fashion" is a lie, it's simply a constant recycling of styles and trends from the past. I wore enough bad 80's fashions the first time round (remember flouro socks?) I have no desire to wear them again just because some twig on a catwalk ponces around in rara skirts and leg warmers. Stick to what you like and ignore trends, thats what I say!

Hate them. The leggings, the tunics, Uggs, pants tucked into boots, the Boho look, skinny jeans and whatever else is out there right now...I realize it's all coming back from the past but they didn't change much with it so everyone looks like they're in a time warp.

Be yourself and don't follow a fad that will just make you spend money and the next season you'll be made fun of for having out of style clothing. And it all repeats itself. The season after that...you'll have to throw everything away and update your wardrobe again, and again.

i never spend much on stuff thats fashionable. i like to spend more on the stuff that never goes out of fashion, the classic stuff.
like a nice pair of jeans and nice plain tops, then you can accessorize with the really fashionable stuff thats only gonna be in for about 3 weeks lol.

i don't think much too them, as long as you are comphy in your clothes who cares if they have a label. You do get some nice items in trend but it's all personal preferance, if you like it you like it, if you don't just don't buy it. It is quite funny to see the teenagers walking around looking so uncomfortable but thinking their cool because of what they wear though, it brightens up my day though, and t's memories to look back on and think "i can't belive i wore things like that" we all have our fashion nightmares lol

I went to buy some jeans the other day, everywhere the latest trend was male skinny jeans. They look completely ridiculous. Its hilarious to see some people making themselves look completely pathetic.....and knowing they do........in the name of fashion.

I love them

victorian corsets,lace
skinny jeans,black nail polish

all are my style and flatter my petite, slender hourglass figure
they are edgy and romantic
unfortunitly people now think i'm just following trends, but at least finding nice clothes is easier.

(p.s., NO LEGGINGS & JEGGINGS! they offer the effect of being nasty.)
