i have a good instinct and knowledge about my husbands life. he is not cheating on me. i don't know why he gets up after sex and ignores me or just rolling over ignoring me. i told him it bothered me and he still did it when we had sex again my feelings were hurt. i feel like he doesn't like sex with me he still has his good feelings though so i don't understand this and he used to be very nice to me after i feel like a piece of meat sometimes and he rarely shows affection outside the bedroom unless he is trying to get sex What does all this mean? we have been married 2 yrs anyone go through this or have a clue.

One of the biggest communication mistakes people make is telling a person what she does not want him to do, but not telling him what she does want him to do. You said not to ignore you after sex, but you did not tell him what you do want him to do. Should he cuddle? Talk? What? Also, it will be more effective if you ask for what you want when you want it. So, immediately after sex next time softly say, "Hold me for a minute," or "Stay and talk with me for just a little while."

MEN ARE STRANGE CREATURES.
I'm experiencing the same thing,
men don't make love, they f**k and most men either get up for a smoke or roll over and go to sleep after sex( Ive discussed this with my mates on numerous occasions, men aren't into all that mushy stuff. If your sure hes not cheating but has changed hes probably realised he don't have to do all that stuff to impress you or to lure you in because now your his.
I would definitely have a chat to him and let him now how you are feeling and see if there is anyway you can fill this void

He does not understand this because he is a man and men are just usually wham bam thank you maam kind og guys. However after he is done start rubbing his back and talking to him. Tell him how much you love him. This may get him to talk and want to cuddle afterwards. My husband loves to hold and talk to and with me after sex. Your husband seems selfish by doing this. He needs to learn that you need romance and time along with the sex. Not just sex. You may need to seek counseling with him and maybe even see a sex therapist. He definitley needs to learn what your needs are and you need to learn his. This will cut down alot on this confusion. Go to http://www.drphil.com and email him for help in this matter too.

Bring some toys into your love life. Change the love nest scene.

Maybe he acts the same after sex is you don't spice things up & do something special for him in bed.
