He was Mr. Perfect this year! Other QB's had better numbers this past season.

That's a great question... I can understand Palmer and Manning they always put up great numbers, but Rivers getting the pick over Brady doesn't make sense numbers wise. Brady had more passing yards, more touchdowns, and higher completion percentage (not by much) Although Brady had 3 more INTS then Rivers I think you have to take into account which both QB's had to work with. River's at least had a TE in Gates to throw the ball too and LT if he had too... Brady had hmmmm, Reche Caldwell.. Just because you help your team go 14-2 shouldn't mean you get the spot.

Ollie Nutt, director of the AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am, confirmed Wednesday that he expects the Patriots quarterback/Serra High mega-stud to play in the event Feb. 8-11, his fourth visit in five years. This would run counter to the common thought that Brady will replace Chargers quarterback Philip Rivers on the AFC roster for the Pro Bowl that weekend in Honolulu.

The Pro Bowl QB's were originally Manning, Palmer, and Phillip Rivers. Manning and Palmer weren't questions - it was the third spot up for grabs. Largely in part to the fact that the Chargers were 14-2 and the Pats weren't, Rivers was selected. Rivers was then injured and pulled out of the Pro Bowl. The spot was offered to Brady, who declined (I believe it was because he was offended at not making the original team). Then Steve McNair declined because he felt that his Titans successor, Vince Young, deserved the opportunity that he had already had - and they were left with Manning, Palmer, and VY.

We all know that Tom Brady is a great QB but he did not start off strong like his normal self..and QB's such as Peyton Manning and Phillip Rivers were outstanding this year.

Brady wasn't offended for not making the cut, he had already committed himself to a golf tournament that day (infact they showed feed from it durring the pro-bowl).
