It makes sense. The other half of all lawyers were in the top half of their class.

I would say it is false.

Not all the students in the class would of gone on to become successful lawyers.
I would suspect that a good portion of the students who didn't become lawyers where in the lower half.
Therefore the bottom half of the class would contain a smaller percentage of the lawyers.

When you create a list of any kind, someone has to be at the top and some have to be at the bottom. Ain't nuthin but a number. If they pass the bar, they learned what they need to learn.

That it doesn't matter because they're still attorneys, provided of course, they passed the bar exam.
