No, in fact what should be outlawed is hatered and bigotry. As far as the Taliban, North Korea, Saudi Arabia, etc are concerned, they are third world nations (although the Taliban are not a nation but a group of chicken hearted terrorists who won't show their faces to the light of day) with little to no social education.
Those places prefer to rule with fear and oppression.

that just goes to show that they don't know anything, and how can you outlaw something that is genetic, as what you are asking is saying that people with brown eyes (like me) should be outlawed; have you ever heard of scientific research?????? Well there is scientific evidence that homosexuality is GENETIC. Unfortunately you can't say the same about your level of ignorance, poor baby. First of all, THIS IS NOT THE MIDDLE EAST OR NORTH KOREA! THIS IS THE USA! To answer your question, NO!, homosexuality should not be outlawed in America! People should be able to love whomever they choose regardless if that person is the same sex or not.
