All the hair you will get with these hair regrowing products is peach fuzz. Hardly worth the trouble in most cases. Yes, it is true that it may work for a small number of people, but their hair loss may not be due to male pattern baldness. In my opinion, like the old saying goes, if it sounds too good to be true, it generally is.

Well, I am sure there are some pretty different numbers out there as far as success rates. One thing that I would like to point out is that Rogaine or any other topical minoxidil (sp?) only will work on the crown of your head. It will NOT regrow hair on the front of your head and cannot reverse a receding hairline. If you are balding in the crown area and have a pretty decent hairline otherwise then go for it! But otherwise the odds are stacked against you. If you want to learn more about the lengths people will go through to preserve their hair rent Penn and Tellers "B.S." season 3 with the hair loss episode or tune in to Showtime and you just might catch a re-run.

if it works, it's less than about 20 percent. not very good odds at all. and, once you stop using it, the hair goes away.
