Mankind only truly started developing through group cooperation and taking an interest in ensuring the well-being of others for our mutual survival. Greed is an imbalance in the social fabric.

Because every aspect of society is based on wealth. For example women go to wealthy men. Every comfort in life is purchased with money. The only way to get rid of greed is to give freely the things that are today only acquired with money. When women love for free, and men eat for free, there will be less greed in the world. I am not suggesting that any government demand that people give, I am suggesting people chose to give.

Just as time passed and the science and technology started progressing man also started becoming greedy for all the wealth and riches in the world.So, today with the dawn of the 21st century,the world has become full of greed.

I reckon greed is about people trying to satisfy themselves inwardly by filling there surrounding with objects and people.Greedy people arent happy.

because it snowballs. When one person exhibits greed (no matter how slight) then others try to out do that greed until it eventually gets out of control and widespread.

Their mommies never taught them that you can't alway have what you want and you should appreciate what you have. I see greed mostly in people who grew up poor and hated it.
