If I were you I'd take away his access to your account. If he's spending bill money, you are going to end up in trouble, not him. Tell him that when he starts working he can spend his money the way he sees fit, but your money is there to pay for your needs and your bills. Get this straightened out soon before you end up in the poor house!

If it's your account and his name isn't on it then take away his right to use it. Or if you mad eit a joint account then get a new account in your name and transfer the money into the new account and give him an allowence to spend until he gets work.

Open up an account that he cannot have access to and don't ever give him so much as a penny. If he don't like it, he can get a job and pay for his own way back to where he came from.

i would not allow him to control the money if he has shown he cannot be trusted to pay the bills. he is the one who cannot be trusted with the money. and it only gets worse as time goes on. confront him, about the facts u can see and if he refuses to be more financially honest and contribute dump him now.

Stop letting this bozo control you. Open another account in your name, and pay the bills yourself. If he doesn't get a job soon, boot his butt back where he came from.
