i dont' think it matters really what age you are..

i think its marrying the wrong person for the wrong reasons..

sometime women pressure their boyfriends into marriage
so make sure your cousin isn't getting pressured into it..

his gf can be forcing him to marry her

24 is still very young for a guy to get married. Depending on where u live, say in Singapore where guys need to go for national service and followed by a university education. By the time u started working, u are probably around the age of 24. One of the biggest key factor leading to divorce is financial problem, if the guy doesn't have financial independence and set up a family at a yong age, there is a high chance of the marriage being threatened possibly in a year or two after marriage, and if it's not handled well, it will lead to divorce, esp if there are other factors that add on to their already heavy financial burden. Though there are few very successful stories of such marriage, there always will exists the very few odd couples who can made it till old age, those are the truly blessed ones .... good luck to your cousin !!

24 isn't all that young these days.that's the approximate age you get out of college, so women are beginning to push for marriage almost right after college. Their goal is to have a man, and security. Alot of women believe to get one right out of college, is the preppie thing to do, you know, two careers, good money, kids. They watch too much TV and read too many magazines. The killer is children. If you wait until your relationship is strong enough that NOTHING can come between you, then it's time to have children. Children are VERY needy and will take, usually the moms, attention away from the other for quite some time. One child is ok that's not really being a parent...but more than one,....now your talkin stress! I'm not sayin don't have kids I love mine with all my heart mind and soul, but make sure your relationship with your spouse is good and strong first!
