No, I thank God Almighty. He says "seek and ye shall find." While I didn't go to your link....I think I know full well what it is. I guess that's where we will go if we don't accept the Veri-Chip. I think my hubby and I have other plans though. I just hope and pray it doesn't come to that...Plan B I mean. But I am prepared.

Then you have to pick on how Katrina victims were bottled up like a bunch of prisoners. That is so much BS. FEMA screwed up and the guy responsible isn't with them anymore and was canned. The URL you put there goes to a search page with 484 results, there's no telling which one you're asking about. None on the first page sound like they're about education in particular. Some are about FEMA's failure to do their job, some are about WWII, some are about silly conspiracy theories.
