I'm writing a speech and have searched google and yahoo but am only getting things like date rape and teen pregnancies. That's not what I need. The speech is about how many high schoolers graduate, get married, and then get divorced. So if anyone can find statistics for me and the site at which they were found I would be very thankful.

you'd need to get stats from whichever group takes note of these stats... and for whichever area of the world you live in..

I don't believe there exists a site on the net that contains this information.
However, I live in a rural part of the country which is a pretty good guage on most things.
I actually kept trac of these instances in this community of 8250 people.
Of the 138 teens (69 marriages) of teens that married. 78.3% or 54 of the marriages ended in divorce in 1 to 2 years time. Less than 8% of the marriages lasted more than 5 years. The divorce rate among Teens between 17-19 is extremely high. Some others have separated and have not as yet completed the divorce process but are currently in living arrangements with new partners. Its really a sad situation for young people to marry to early in life because the failure rate is so extremely high.

Yahoo answers is not a good place to find these answers.

Do you go to college? Go to your library and ask the librarian how to long on online to access published journal articles and databases. You should find more proven published statistics with a resource like that.
