In England we have Quangos like the South Downs Conservation Board that are a law onto themselves. How do you complain about them. I have written to my MP, but I just get referred to the SDCB and just get the same incomprehensible meaningless drivel which is the cause of the complaint in the first place. Who are the SDCB answerable to? They are not elected. They have no shareholders and AGM.

I've had a good look, but can't find anything - they don't seem to have their own website, but they seem to keep popping up in other peoples'. I'll try to have a better look tomorrow for you where I have more resources available to me.
