Virus and bacterial infection invariably leave us feeling depleted. Building your energy and motivation is part of the healing process.
TODAY
Eat a banana now-loads of potassium!
Drink water and plenty of it.
Try 1/4 teaspoon honey and warm water.
Eat an apple after a light lunch-maybe poached egg on toast.
Eat plain, dark chocolate for a 'lift' plus iron and vits.
THIS WEEK
Avoid all processed meals and aim for fresh and fruity.
Eat steamed, grilled or boiled fish once a week-a fillet of fish in home made veggie soup is great!
Start going for gentle walks in the fresh air-park, hill etc.
Swim once a week when your energy returns.
Get Well Soon!

I hope your better soon. I would drink some ,"Rip it". It's an energy drink ,that has a good orange flavor.Take some vitamin C,and some B12. Than get out of the house, and take a small walk.Even if it's just around the block,You'll feel better and than you'll feel like doing more. Again,I hope you feel better soon.Bye

I listen to Smashmouth, it's not the best music ever but always makes me feel happy and motivated, All Star is a good song. Also a bar of chocolate can help put u in a good frame of mind.

Just do one room - probably the one you spend most time in.
Then when you sit down you will feel as if you have done something worthwhile.
Tomorrow do another room and just dust and hoover the main room.
Each day do just one room properly and dust and hoover the others
This way by the end of the week you will have the whole house back under control and you will not have worn yourself out doing it.

Start with one room at a time, get organized and dive right in, If you don't do it, I'd be glad to fly out wherever you are and nag you while you work.
