Yes, you can breed siblings together. Breeders (like myself) do it quite a bit. You will want to get new blood before too many generations, as the fertility rate will go way down. A good example of this is the rhino ratsnake, most of the rhinos in the U.S. came from a dozen that were imported almost 15 years ago. So, yes you can do it, but keep in mind that you should get some new blood in the future (this shouldn't be a problem, just trade with another breeder).

It has been shown that breeding related siblings has not really had an affect on Cornsnakes and in other animals, I would assume the same would apply for Pythons. I know of a breeder who does this and his snakes (Ball pythons) seem just as fine as any other python I have had or dealt with. There have been no deformaties or obivious problems with the hatchlings and as they grow they have not become aggressive or gotten sick. The only thing that he could even mention is that it seems there are a few "dead" eggs in the clutches that the female lays, but all in all he said it isn't really noticable unless you go back over the numbers very closely.

sounds like a Coastal maximum actual, no longer a Jungle. All carpet pythons tend to be quite of climbers, especially whilst they are youthful. The development would desire to bypass as JCP'ish', however the colour screams Coastal. possibly it even has some blending in that is previous, yet a minimum of customarily Coastal and actual a organic Coastal. possibly you will desire to look on the Morelia Pythons dialogue board, quite some specialists there and if our solutions are not solid sufficient you will desire to consistently ask them.

If you mean breeding from siblings it is not recommended as it can lead to weak or deformed juveniles.
Sometimes line breeding of father to daughter or mother to son is used to fix a colour traits in some colour morphs.
If you mean hybridising again it is not recommended as most snake keepers prefer pure bred stock and why try to improve on nature. You would not try to cross an iguana with a bearded dragon so why cross two forms of python.
