A great many thing might be going wrong with your computer, if I were to guess it would be your PSU is fryed...
But, unless i take a look at it myself and open it up, i would not be able to tell, if it really is your mobo that is blown out (from probobly a falty psu) or it might be your bios thats blown (dam psu) and maybe any or piece of your computer can be fryed and the effect will be the same (no screen, with funny noises coming from the box)... well your best bet is to have a local geek take a look at its insides and also you should turn it off and leave it off untill it is looked at... for if your power unit is falty there is a great risk of damageing other parts and in addition it is dangerous to be around any machine that is shorting out...
well hope that helps, and sorry to hear about your newly formed paperweight...

Hi
you dont desribe the sound but here are a few things to check
The cooler fans are clean and no wires are touching them
if its a low brrrrrrr suspect electrical eddie currents (magnetic vibration) you could try tightening screws that hold things in place.
If it is a high pitched scream live and bear it or get a new monitor

Well them sounds are beep codes they are in morse code and a computer beeps when it cannot display the error. The problem is with the display or the graphics card.
Graphics Card: Make sure it is properly connected to the AGP or PCI slot and also check it works.
Monitor: Make sure it is connected properly at the back of the computer.
When you have fixed these problems your computer should work.

I had a strange noise coming from my computer. It turned out to be the hard drive giving up the ghost. No problem to fix, and, hard drives are very cheap these days. If this is the problem it will be an excuse to get a bigger drive.

You may need to take your PC back to factory settings. I had the same problem last week and this cured it.

I consistently think of of somebody taking on a schoolbus with a gadget gun, or of the college shootings in Beslan. To the widely used American, a terrorist is visualized as an Islamic extremist, yet terrorism is as previous as civilization. If the U.S. did no longer meddle in international affairs a lot, and did no longer help Israel as much as we do, we does no longer even comprehend what an "Islamic terrorist" replaced into. this is easy adequate. despite the fact that, i'm in my opinion lost on the concern. On one hand, i don't sense that we ought to consistently be helping international locations to the quantity that we help Israel, yet ofcourse, they could be wiped out if we did no longer. even nonetheless Israel replaced into ilegally widely used after WW2, does that recommend it fairly is cutting-edge citizens should be left to die? No. yet we will not, like this administration, pretend like we help peace yet then turn the different cheek and help Israel. incredibly of exclaiming, "Yeah, Israel shouldn't exist in line with hazard, yet what can their toddlers do now? you will no longer be able to kill them. Please, enable's seek for a compromise," we are saying, "ok, you and your terrorists will no longer be able to be negotiated with and Israel would be right here through fact we pronounced so. in case you fireplace any missiles, your human beings will face sanctions. this is all." THAT breeds anger and terrorism. And till now, i replaced into speaking approximately "meddling in international affairs." properly, as somebody who helps upholding humanity, I do have faith in helping Darfur... yet whilst extremists start up gunning at us, it is going to be like Iraq, in simple terms on a smaller scale, the place our fairly objective could have been to launch human beings (a minimum of this is noble). Ah.
