R wants you to control your own life. R empowers the people to make their own decisions. R allows people to succeed. R works for equality of all people.
L wants to control your life L wants to make all your decisions for you L wants your tax dollars L works for only the minorities, because they don't feel minorities are equal.

It is all about who owns and controls the land.

In medieval times, the ordinary people (under military protection and servitude to the Lords from ravaging bandits) had rights on common land.

Then with the agrarian revolution the paternalist landowners took away the land and enclosed it making the common people destitute.

So is it the right of the common plebs to determine their own destiny to the lowest common denominator?

Or should the peasants rise up against the wicked landlord and take back the land that was stolen from them?

to numerous....

first you have to lok at the form of a nations government....
Then determine it's nationalstic, Religous and Moral divisons.
then Based on those Ideologies you can see there Liberal and Conservative Points of view.

This can be done with every nation, but there just isn't enough space here to do it.
