Lot's of coffee for you and lots of hot tea for him. Try to get him some NyQuil so you both get some sleep tonite. Or you could sleep on the couch - just so you don't go without too much sleep. You definitely need sleep if he's contagious - lack of sleep will leave you succeptible to what he has.

Well, if you know you are boing to be a b*tch, why don't you tell him "Sure hunny, that is really thoughtful of you to want to sleep on the couch so you don't wake me up. Once you are over this cold, I will make it up to you."
Try b eing NICE instead of benig a b*tch. You're man will thank you. If you can't go back to sleep, then I suggest you take a "chill day" (i'm n ot sure if you are a housewife or working)
But jsut remember, there is no reason to be mean to your husband. He offered a solution, and you said "no, thats alright" when it fact you were thinking "PLEASE SLEEP ON THE COUCH, I WANT SLEEP!" So, if his coughing keeps you up at night for now on, it is your own fault. Remember that men are not mind readers, and when you tell them something is ok, that usually means, in their minds, "Well, I fixed the problem, thats that! On to the next thing.." yes, men are that simple...

remember that b/c you have started out in a bad morning it is NOT someone else's fault so it wouldn't be too fair to take it out on them . as just a suggestion..... maybe a really hot shower and a cup of coffee will start things over in a better way for you now if this does not work you can always bare it and smile and just be thankful you had the opportunity to wake up this morning , some folks didn't have that chance

Might as well start your day and get finished doing what ever it is you have to do. Then, take a nap this afternoon or go do something fun.
I start my day everyday at 4am, It's a habit i have and the only time i don't wake up at that hour is when i'm out camping in the mountains or deserts.

You are up so start your day.
If he's been sick for a week and all he has is a cough now and the medicine is not working then he needs to see a doctor so that he can get something better so that he won't be sick anymore.

PIty party poor you. Your husband is sick and you want his illness to be focused on you. Think of your husband and how tired he must be from coughing not to mention he might be running a fever too. Call in sick today for yourself and sleep all day ----heaven forbid you subject anyone to YOU!

perhaps a little compassion while your husband is sick? drink some coffee and CHOOSE not be a ***** later today; think about how great you will sleep tonight and if he's still sick, why don't you sleep on the couch.

Maybe you should go sleep on the couch and he should see a doctor. Iam sure you will find a hill and get over it.
