Im a girl & well this girl has a perfect life so im obsessed with her.i forget her but when i start thinking she pops into my head how can i stop thinking about her & how can i forget she exists

obsession get over it . she exists so move on find your own life why are you worried if you hate her, do you not have your own life. cant always get what you want. sounds like your jealous.how can you hate a fellow human being/wheres the love.obviously you must love her or you would not care,..

You don't know whether this girl has a perfect life or not! That's the reality. What you see on the surface tells you very little. While you're obsessed with her you are not concentrating on making your own life better. Please don't waste your life by constantly comparing it with how you think hers is, by doing that you are letting someone control you who probably hardly realizes you exist. Get a grip! Live your own life. Make it better,it's in your hands,nobody elses.

simply tell her how you feel- straight out! If nothing else it will make you feel released from it- What ever you do don't bottle it up. Look her in the eye when you tell her. Her answer will either shock you or please you somehow- either way you will be one step better off!! Do it face to face and do it now......
