The Main Charge against the Nazi party leaders, at the Nuremberg War Trials, was "Waging Aggressive War" i.e. against other countries, for no reason. The UN declared, that the war against Iraq was ILLEGAL. We were led up the garden path about WMD as an excuse for invading Iraq. No such weapons were ever found. On the other hand WE and the USA have PLENTY of WMD. Is this not total hypocrisy? furthermore, it is a pity that there is no oil in Zimbabwe, Mr Mugabe would have been ousted LONG ago, but we stand by and watch as this mad dictator carries on regardless, and adds to the suffering of his people.
Make up your own minds.

.No Tony Blair is not a war criminal for taking our country to war with Iraq, We went to war with Iraq to liberate the Iraqi people from the most brutal dictator since Hitler. What would have been criminal of Tony Blair would have been to ignore what was going
on there. That madman Saddam gassed and killed more of his own people in one day than what our troops have since the war started back in 2003

From what I understand from a radio discussion, parliament voted to go to war so that is why it is difficult to rid ourselves of Blair. On the other hand, did he mislead us on the subject of WMD? I think when he leaves office certain people will try to get him into court, but, I doubt there will be a successful conviction. He doesn't care what we think, you will not make an impression on this man. I do think it's good to share our thoughts on Yahoo.

Bush started an illegal war in Iraq, under the false pretext that Saddam still had WMD's, and Blair supported him. Many brave men and women from the US and British armed forces have been killed or injured in an unjustified war that they shouldn't have been involved in.

If Bush and Blair aren't considered War criminals for that, then they should be.

I say get the troops out of Iraq and send them to Afghanistan where they are needed in a justified war!!!

not at all, people like yougoing on about the iraq war really boil my p**s, do you think you would like to live in a world where people like saddam hussain and the rest of the middle eastern fanatics are running countries and slowly gettin closer to developing their own nuclear weapons?
if we had not joined with usa and rest of countries that enjoy living freely (ie, in the middle east, you live by their beliefs or you get beheaded), we would be in seriuos danger of attack from them
best thing we could have done would of been to nuke them soon as possible after 9/11.
bush and blair are leaders

That is how Hitler took power. He understood mob mentality. Think for yourself. In answer to your question, I do not think he is in any way shape or form a criminal.
