I am looking for a Real Estate Software to calculating the commission of Different Builders and which automatically send the payment remainders to the Builders I had seen one software on www.India-Properties.in but unable to contact the seller so please suggest me the website or suggest me the Seller you may take the help from india-properties.in I am stay in Delhi so I will Reach only: New Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Rajasthan to pickup and purchase of the software.

Are u the only person going to use it or you want your staff, dealers and builders to access the system. Sounds like it is not a real estate specific software, it's like an agent or affiliate management software. There are many available in the market.
I have also seen http://2letservice.com using such applications, but again you need to specify all you needs step-by-step with your budget and contact a web developer to help you...or buy a readymade or open-source software and customise it.
