Are the episodes from different series? In one set repeats and the other new episodes?

the actor who plays Goren collapsed last year from exhaustion. Therefore the writers brought in a new "team" with Chris Noth so that in the department there are now four detectives, Goren & Ames along with Noth and his partner. The shows are all new, occasionally they connect, most often not. They are all part of Criminal Intent. It was designed this way so that Goren had a smaller workload to contend with.

they are all new episodes they are two different shows. so they show one episode with chirs north and then the other with goran the next.they prob did this because they have so many other law and order shows so they figgured they would put another one on.i hope this helps.

No, they are all new episodes, but I don't know why they are doing it like that. Isn't Det. Goran awesome?

because they said it was far to much work for Goran
he collapsed last year sometime
