Call Servicemaster. They have a chemical used for blood cleanup, it removes the blood, and kills any sort of infectious content it may have. (They use it to clean up suicides, unfortunately) I can't remember the name of it, but it wouldn't hurt just to find out what it is and maybe even have them do it; It would be done professionally and with a guarantee. They will even come out and give you a free estimate first.

I would just take it to a detailing shop ( pros at interior cleaning). They will know what to use and get it out with no screw ups, you don't want to put something on it and then your seats are ruined.

There are companies that specialize in murder scene cleanup(seriously) and if you call one of them, they can probably tell you the best thing to use.
I don't know of one off hand, but any larger city's yellow pages in the cleaning/restoration section should be able to help.

Simple spirit is good enough. or even wet sponge and MILD soap.
wear gloves while doing it to save yourself.
HIV dies 30 mins after leaving a live body so that is not a risk but HBsAg remains active. you can easily avaoid it by wearing gloves and if you deisre, face mask and head cap. (easily available from any chemist)
