teeth whitening?

i really want my teeth bright white. they used to be extremely white and people always commented on them but now through drink and smoke they have yellowed a little. I want my pearly whites back does anyone know the best procedure or what to do?

stop smokin n drinkin brush ur teeth 3xs a day floss n rinse w/ mouth wash u should have white teeth w/i 2months

first QUIT you need to quit now ask your doctor if you can have nictro ... (not sure how to spel it) then brush your after & before you eat & when you go out it will get whiter but dont expect if to go white right away
