(I have started that reclaim your bank charges but thats a different matter) Thanks :0)

If it was me I would write a strong letter, or ring them up and complain. Stress how long you've been a customer and perhaps you have a good record ??? The banks have been on the news recently regarding billions of profit made and it has been suggested that bank charges be dropped .....

Getting OD expenses reversed/refunded relies upon some issues. a million) Do you have a universal history of overdrawing your account? if so, do no longer anticipate a refund. 2) Is your stability (and or blended balances) in the 5 or 6 figures? if so, then you certainly can threaten to close each and all of the debts and hazard is you will get the money lower back... banks consistently look at their earnings/loss possiblities in determining that. 3) replaced into it a economic corporation blunders? you need to get that lower back no concern. 4) what's your courting with the dept? a) reliable status/intense-high quality customer - 50/50 hazard to get it lower back with an trouble-free please and a grin. b) undesirable status/stressful customer - no longer a huge gamble. with a bit of luck you "qualify" to get your funds lower back... ask for a supervisor in case you sense you fairly are due those expenses lower back.

Yes, they can, but if you phone and complain in a calm and controlled way, and don't come off the phone. Don't allow them to say, yes, but there is nothing we can do, there is. I have done this twice and got my charges back as "goodwill"

yes they can they say it is up to you to know when and if you overdraw. Plus if they don't pay the transactions your going to have more than just fees from your bank!!!! I hate banks. Can't live with them can't live without them:(
