A place where there is no crime, no robbery, no fight.

I would have to say no. No place is like that. If there was, the hold world would have adopted that policy.
The reason for this is Human Greed. Humans always want more than want they have, and so they commit crime, they rob, and they fight anyone and everyone to get more.
Hence, there is no place where there is absolute peace.
